Complexity can only be reduced if the software itself is easy to use. This is where we at INNUXO support with our expertise and experience in making workflows as simple as possible and creating user interfaces which are intuitive to use. For this purpose, com.plex has partnered with us for constant feedback and input into the UX/UI development of their software.
Training the user in basic UX design
Flow360 allows companies to define workflows and create interactive forms for their day-to-day business activities. This means that the users who develop the workflows and interactive input forms need to act like UX designers themselves. Our task going forward is to provide some basic training to the users of Flow360 to enable them to use the software to its full potential and create professional user experiences for their colleagues.
